Santa simonako! Paddy, please don't give your address to anyone, especially to the zoot gangsters! Now stop ordering more wood and build yourself a bigger shop!

That Koa is just zootelicious!

Wow, wouldn't that Koa look good with a sunburst on it?

Paddy, as I'm only about 20 miles away, do let me know when you're going on holiday and I'll come over and shop-sit for you, we don't want any nasty person trying to pinch your stash while your away do we?

Colin.

PS If you have any storage problems I can probably spare some space.

Or he could paint it black like a Johnny Cash guitar.

I just knew there was an up side to not having piles of zoot or the money to buy it with.

Holy Shnike, that's a lot of wood. Ok Paddy, I'm gonna ask you the question everybody here wants to know but is too afraid to ask... First, what kind of loot do you have invested in that mega wood-pile? Second, how many guitars could you build if you used every piece of wood in that pile?

Cheers!

John

john,

that pile was 30ish($), all together, considerably more!!

in terms of guitars, theres 250 honduras 3x4x30's and 50 cuban 3x4x30's, 250 ebony f'boards b'blanks and h'plates, 50 sets koa, 10 sets ziricote, 1 quilt bubinga, 2 braz, 4 cocobolo, 10 flamed maple heel blanks, 50 master sitka, and 250 b tops that ed was kind enough to give me.

so thats 600 necks and a load of stuff, in total i definitley have enough for 500 acoustics, maybe more, and a couple of hundred electrics, and say 50 archtops, but whos counting!
